David Cater serves as the Chairman of United Professional Horsemen's Association Chapter 14 and has been actively involved with the association for many years, including service on the Executive Board. He and his wife, Kristen, own and train at Cater Stables in New Hampshire. David has dedicated countless years to strengthening and improving the horse show industry.

Jessica Sebring
Jessica Sebring is honored to serve on the executive committee for UPHA Chapter 14. Having been involved in the horse industry her entire life, she brings lifelong experience and a deep commitment to the profession. Jessica looks forward to helping move the chapter forward in smart, innovative ways while supporting its members and the future of the industry. She proudly operates her family’s farm, Sebring Stables, in Richmond, Massachusetts.
LuMan Wadhams
Past Chapter Chair Chairman of the THHIN Fund
Luman Wadhams is a past chairman of UPHA Chapter 14 and has served on the chapter’s executive board for many years. A lifelong professional in the horse industry, he has extensive experience working with Morgan, Saddlebred, and Hackney horses. Luman is the owner of Luman Wadhams Stables in Vermont and is also the chairman of the THIIN Fund, an organization dedicated to helping horses in need.
Cindy Mugnier
Serves on the UPHA Ch14 Executive Board Co-Chair of UPHA 14 Spring Premiere Horse Show
Cindy Mugnier, a 40 year member of UPHA, is currently a member of the UPHA CH-14 Executive Committee as well as co-chair of the UPHA CH-14 Spring Premiere.
She has served as Chapter Chairman as well as serving on the UPHA National Board as Past President and current member of the Executive Board serving as a Director at Large.
Kristen Cater
Current 1st Vice President on the UPHA National Board
Kristen Cater currently serves as the active First Vice President of the United Professional Horsemen's Association National Board. She and her husband, David, operate Cater Stables in New Hampshire, where they specialize in Saddlebreds, Morgans, and Hackney ponies. Throughout her career, Kristen has served on numerous boards and remains dedicated to promoting the industry and moving the show breeds forward.
Adriana Day
Chair of UPHA Chapter 14 Young Professionals
Adriana Day serves as the Young Professional Chair for United Professional Horsemen's Association Chapter 14 and has been a dedicated member of the Executive Board for several years. As the owner and trainer at Society Hill Farm in Maine, she focuses primarily on Morgan horses while developing amateur riders and junior exhibitors. Adriana is passionate about supporting the next generation and strengthening the future of our industry.
Darla Parro
Serves on the UPHA Ch14 Executive Board Co-secretary for the chapter
Darla Parro has been a dedicated leader within UPHA Chapter 14, serving as Co-Secretary since 2005. Alongside her family at High Tail Acres, LLC, she has made lasting contributions to the chapter through her commitment, support, and passion for the horse community. Darla’s efforts have been recognized with both the Chapter Person of the Year and Distinguished Service awards. We are grateful for all that Darla and her family continue to do for UPHA Chapter 14.
Deidre Henry
Serves on the UPHA Ch14 Executive Board Co-secretary for the chapter
Deidre Henry has been a dedicated member of UPHA Chapter 14 since 1999 and has served on the Executive Board as Co-Secretary since 2005. Alongside her family, she proudly operates High Tail Acres, LLC, contributing greatly to the horse community. Deirdre’s commitment and passion have been recognized with two Chapter Horse Person of the Year honors, as well as the Distinguished Service Award. We are incredibly grateful to have Deirdre and her family as such an important part of our chapter.
John Lampropoulos
Co-Chairman of the UPHA Ch14 Spring Premiere Horse Show
John Lampropoulos serves on the Executive Board of United Professional Horsemen's Association Chapter 14 and is the co-chair of the UPHA Spring Premiere Horse Show. He and his family operate Northern Belle Stables in New Hampshire. A highly successful horse show manager, John brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the Executive Board, helping to strengthen programs and events throughout the chapter.

Page Champion serves on the Executive Board of United Professional Horsemen's Association Chapter 14 and previously held the role of Chapter Chairman. He and his wife, Amy, train at Braeburn Equestrian Center in New York. Page has devoted many years to board service and remains deeply committed to advancing and improving the equestrian sport.
